Broker Lease Evaluation System (BLES)
 The BLES for Windows package includes both a database for recording details of all
your proposals and a fully functional lease evaluation system. The main points
of the package are as follows:
- Holds full details of all proposals from conception until
termination.
- Windows based multi document interface allowing multiple proposals or
reports to be viewed simultaneously.
- Customer information includes company shareholding, various company
addresses (trading, registered, auditors etc.) and personal details on
up to 4 directors and/or shareholders and partners. Alternately,
customer information represents private individuals and includes joint
hirer and guarantor information and employment and prior home addresses.
- Management reporting codes allow easy reporting by Salesman, Funder,
Equipment, etc.
- Full reporting capabilities on all proposals using the codes
including a report showing proposals close to termination.
- Each proposal and customer has associated with it an unlimited number
of free format memos.
- Each proposal holds supplier and bank details.
- Full proposal and customer details may be printed at any time.
- Any memo may be entered as a diary note allowing users to be
automatically reminded of on-going events.
- Fully integrated evaluation system allowing modelling to fit a
customer's needs given either an APR, Internal Rate of Return, Flat Rate
or Instalment.
- Support any repayment profile.
- Accounts for commission, maintenance, document fees, residual values
and variable rate.
- Full built-in help available.
- Built in security features to prevent unauthorised access.
- Monthly reporting through a sophisticated status report detailing the
value and percentage of proposals accepted, rejected or cancelled in any
month.
- Mail merge facility produces name and address files of selected
proposals for mail shots to known customers or suppliers.
- Option allows salesman to hold their own database and transfer
information to a central database.
- Runs on any desktop PC or notebook using Windows 2000, XP, Vista or
Windows 7.
- Single or multi-user versions available.
